"The gym stays cool. The air..."
The gym stays cool. The air feels fresh. I never get too hot during my workouts. It makes exercising a lot more comfortable

"Tired of Being Pushed to Upgrade"
I just wanted to get in and out, but the staff kept trying to sell me upgrades and add-ons even after I said no a couple times. It got exhausting, honestly. I don’t mind being offered options once, but having to keep declining made the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than service.

"Pretty clean most days, but not always"
The gym is mostly fine when it comes to cleanliness. Some days I walk in and think it looks good, but then again, other days the locker room bins are overflowing or the wipes are completely out. The machines usually seem clean enough, and I don’t want to make it sound bad because it’s really not terrible, but the bathrooms could definitely be checked more often. Overall, it’s okay, just needs a little more consistent attention

I don’t remember every little rule posted around the gym, but I do remember the staff actually stepping in when people get out of line. The place stays chill and respectful, which makes it way easier to just focus on working out.

"Works fine, but could be smoother"
The EOS app does what I need for the most part, like checking my account and scanning in at the gym. It can be slow here and there though, which gets annoying. I also had to reset my password twice, and the account section wasn’t the easiest to figure out. Booking things is simple once everything finally loads. It’s not bad, just feels like it could use some cleanup because it just felt...

"Music volume is just right"
I really like that the music at EōS is at a good volume. It gives the gym a nice workout vibe without feeling like it’s blasting in your ears like at some other places. Even when it’s busy, the noise level feels normal, so it’s easy to stay focused. Everything has been a easy process overall, and the atmosphere makes it simple to just get in, work out, and enjoy it

"Parking is usually EASY"
Parking at EOS Fitness has been easy for me so far. I usually stop by after work, and most days I can find a spot without having to circle the lot forever, which I REALLY appreciate.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because it can get a little packed during peak hours, but even then it’s not a total nightmare. Still WAY better than parking at some other gyms I’ve been to.

I dropped my kid off at the kids club my gut reaction was just nope. The staff seemed distracted, the check-in felt kind of chaotic, and no one really explained what was going on. I tried to shake it off, but I felt uneasy the whole time, so I ended up leaving early.

"Canceling Was Surprisingly Easy for Me"
I expected canceling my contract to be a hassle, but it was smooth for me. They handled it quickly and I didn’t get any weird runaround, which I really appreciated.

I really appreciate that they stay open late because it makes it easier to stop by after work. The only thing that throws me off sometimes is the holiday schedule. I’m not always sure if the posted hours are accurate, and I’ve wondered if other people have run into the same thing too...

"Friendly staff and a good gym vibe"
I’ve been going to EōS Fitness for a little while now, the staff has been really friendly every time I’m there. They greet you, answer questions, and don’t make you feel awkward if you’re not sure how to use something. The only downside is that it can get busy, so sometimes I have to wait for equipment, which is a little frustrating. But overall, everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, and the gym has a good vibe that makes it easier to keep coming back

"Convenient enough when I’m in a hurry"
This spot works well for me since it’s easy to get to, and parking usually isn’t a whole ordeal. I can get in and out most days without wasting too much time, which I definitely appreciate. It’s nothing fancy or amazing, but it fits my schedule and gets the job done.

"Good gym, locker rooms need work"
The gym itself is solid. Good machines, plenty of equipment, and I can usually get a full workout in without much trouble. The locker rooms, though. Kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they’re clean, sometimes not so much, and the showers definitely seem like they could use more attention. Overall, not a bad place at all. Just wish they kept that area a little better.

"Pretty easy sign-up and a nice first visit"
Signing up online was quick and I didn’t run into any weird issues. The staff showed me around and helped get my app set up, which was nice. Overall, it was a smooth first visit and I felt comfortable right away...

"Busy, but timing makes a difference"
I usually go sometime between 5 and 7 pm, so I know I’m hitting it at the worst possible time. It definitely gets busy, but I’m not usually stuck waiting forever. Most machines open up fast, and if something’s taken, I’ll just move on and come back to it. Even during peak hours, I’m usually only waiting a few minutes here and there. For the price and the hours, I’m still happy with it.

"Wish I’d joined sooner"
I feel safe every time I go to EOS Fitness, and I kind of regret not signing up earlier. The front desk actually checks people in, the lockers work like they should, and the staff seems aware of what’s going on. Even the parking lot and entrances feel comfortable, which makes a big difference. It’s nice being able to just focus on my workout instead of worrying about everything else...

"Decent Value, But the Fees Bugged Me"
Overall, I felt like it was a good value for what I got, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, some of the fees felt kind of sneaky and left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m a bit torn because the deal itself was solid, but I wish everything had been more upfront

"My charges ended up being different…"
My charges ended up being different from what I expected, and it was hard to figure out why. The fees and cancellation details weren’t explained clearly at all, which is ridiculous. I ended up feeling annoyed by the whole experience.

"Support got back to me quickly at…"
Support got back to me quickly at first, which I appreciated. The tone was friendly enough and made it feel like they were actually trying to help, but the follow-up took longer than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little slow after the initial response.
